As a Functional Nutritionist, Gut Health Expert, Speaker, and Coach, my mission is to help you reclaim your health, reset your energy, and feel fully alive—no matter what life’s thrown your way.
My passion didn’t come from a textbook. It came from real struggle. I used to have a full-blown addiction to sugar—food controlled my mood, my energy, and honestly, my life. I’d hit the gym and still feel bloated. I’d try every diet but never feel truly well. It wasn’t until I started asking deeper questions and looking at the root causes—gut imbalances, hormone chaos, chronic inflammation—that everything started to shift. Healing wasn’t just physical for me; it was emotional, mental, and deeply personal. And once I got to the other side, I knew I had to help others do the same. That’s where I discovered: – Food is medicine. – Your body wants to heal. – You’re stronger than you think. – You can break… and still come back even better.
That chapter of my life changed everything. I made it my mission to understand the root causes of cravings, chronic symptoms, hormone imbalances, and gut issues—and more importantly, how to fix them holistically. Now I get to share that wisdom with others: on stages, inside my coaching programs, and through my bestselling book A Biohackers Guide to Better Gut Health.
